Seasons change…………..

Ecclesiastes 3:1

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven

Warm rain, hot days, warm nights, unexpected thunderstorms are just a few of the weather changes  that come with Summer. A season when the air shifts to that of outdoor fun, long trips, fairs, ice cream and popsicles. A season when peoples’ mood changes to happy excitement in anticipation of the pleasant encounters that summer brings.

This shift in the season should also reflect a shift in our spiritual life. We should with excitement study God’s word (bible), while committing to a healthy prayer life, and wait on God in expectancy and excitement for the changes he will make in our lives.

I don’t know what you are waiting on or expecting the Lord to change/adjust in your life this present time, but you can be sure that his promise to never leave you will always hold true.

As we shift our wardrobe from coats to bright colored sundresses, from boots to sandals, from scarves to sunglasses and sunscreen lets not forget to make room for the presence of God to dwell within us daily. Let this happy summer season be one filled with the joy of the Lord in our life.

GOD clearly lets us know that his love for us is unconditional, and we can completely rely on his presence with us no matter what season we step into.

Summer is my absolute favorite season of the year, and this summer I am completely reliant on God’s guidance and leadership of my life.

I can’t wait for what’s ahead!!!!
